These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 3schools Creator (the "Service"), provided by 3schools ("us", "we", or "our"), accessible at 3schools Creator.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the Service.

Note on Data Storage: This Service operates as a client-side application. We do not host your data. All projects, scripts, and files are stored in your personal Google Drive. You are responsible for maintaining access to your own Google account.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

A. Our Intellectual Property

The Service itself, including its source code, layout, design, interface, and logic (the "Tool"), is the proprietary property of 3schools. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Tool for your personal or commercial content creation.

B. Your Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the content you create using the Service ("User Content"), including:

  • Thumbnails and graphic designs.
  • Scripts, titles, and descriptions generated via AI.
  • Competitor analysis reports saved to your Drive.

We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide or generate. You are free to sell, distribute, or license your created templates to third parties.

2. Dependency on Third-Party APIs

This Service relies on APIs provided by third parties, including Google (Drive, YouTube), Groq, and OpenRouter. By using this Service, you also acknowledge and agree to be bound by:

We do not guarantee the continued availability of these APIs. If Google or another provider revokes access, certain features of the Service may cease to function.

3. User Responsibilities

A. Data Safety

Because your data is stored in your personal Google Drive folder (YT Creator OS), you are solely responsible for backing up your data. We cannot recover deleted files, projects, or scripts if you delete them from your Drive or lose access to your Google Account.

B. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service:

  • To generate content that violates YouTube's Community Guidelines.
  • To generate hate speech, harassment, or illegal content via the AI features.
  • To reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Tool.
  • To exceed API quotas maliciously or interfere with the Service's operation.

4. Monetization and Sales

The Service allows you to create "Templates" and sell them via third-party links (e.g., Gumroad, Patreon).

  • No Commission: We do not take a commission on your sales.
  • No Liability: We are not a party to any transaction between you and your customers. We are not responsible for refunds, disputes, or delivery issues regarding templates you sell.
  • Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your sales comply with local tax laws and regulations.

5. AI Output Disclaimer

The Service uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate text and analysis. You acknowledge that:

  • AI may produce inaccurate, offensive, or nonsensical information ("Hallucinations").
  • You should verify all facts, statistics, and advice generated by the AI before publishing it to your YouTube channel.
  • We are not liable for any damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall 3schools, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data (including Google Drive files), use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to use the Service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • Any content obtained from the Service; and
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. However, since your data is stored in your own Google Drive, you will retain access to your files externally.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
